Developed in parallel with the original research, this unique 360° feedback tool enables both a quantitative and qualitative assessment of your behaviour against the nine core themes of Outstanding Leadership.

Used extensively within our other interventions, it can also be undertaken in a stand-alone manner in an individual or team context, with personalised feedback and coaching to help you to make sense of the findings and to consider appropriate developmental responses.

You will nominate peers, direct reports, line manager(s) and external stakeholders to take part in a non attributable, on-line evaluation resulting in a personal and confidential report to help you to gain perspectives on your leadership abilities and to act as a self-development opportunity.
